I have OpenOffice 3.3 installed on windows 7 machine and using python 2.6.1 that comes with OpenOffice.

Please try the latest version in the master branch. It has improved code to run the provided python together with the pyuno that ships with it. It is likely it no longer works on Windows, and I need your feedback to improve it on Windows.
@cmnajs We are close to releasing v0.6 and I would appreciate it if you could try your use-case again with the current master branch. Thanks in advance !
