Kill LibreOffice? Save a pid file?

I'm using unoserver with my own projects. Maybe it would be a good idea to add an option like "--pidfile filename".
Then we can save the pid in a file and use it to kill LibreOffice.
Especially for Windows users then it is easier to shut down the server.
Or is there an other option for doing this?
