Issue

PMTiles Viewer has moved from https://protomaps.github.io/PMTiles/ to https://pmtiles.io/. This is quite a nice move, but some enterprise network does not allow access to pmtiles.io 馃槩.

Cause

https://github.com/protomaps/PMTiles/tree/gh-pages now has CNAME file.

Possible workaround

Create a fork of PMTiles Viewer and host it on GitHub Pages like https://unopengis.github.io/PMTiles or https://optgeo.github.io/PMTiles.

After some dirty fixes, it looks working!
