Issue: Uno-Check 1.14.1.0 - A newer version of dotnet SDK is already installed?

Current behavior

Hi,

When I run Uno-Check.exe (Version 1.14.1.0).

It comes up with an option to download the .NET SDK (7.0.400)

Then I get an error saying that the fix failed:
