State.ForEach and messenger.Observe as fluent operators

Should we be able to declare the State.ForEach and messenger.Observe fluently with the declaration of the State or Feed itself.

Eg:

public IState<MyEntity> MyEntity => State.Value(this, () -> new MyEntity).ForEach((myEntity, ct) => _svc.Save(myEntity, ct));

public IListFeed<MyEntity> MyEntity => ListFeed.Async(_svc.GetEntities).Observer(messenger, myEntity => myEntity.Id);
