Sometimes "async calls" would fail with:

Exception thrown at 0x00007FFB90DE4F69 (KernelBase.dll) in ToDo.Windows.Desktop.exe: 0x80010012: The callee (server [not server application]) is not available and disappeared; all connections are invalid. The call did not execute.
Exception thrown: 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' in System.Private.CoreLib.dll
Exception thrown: 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' in System.Private.CoreLib.dll
Exception thrown: 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' in System.Private.CoreLib.dll
Exception thrown: 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' in System.Private.CoreLib.dll
Exception thrown: 'System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException' in System.Private.CoreLib.dll

This can happen in: // the proc chance is rather low <10%

It is usually fixed on the next run without any changes...
So far it has only happened on Windows.Package head.
