Missing tooltips

Missing tooltip on all "icon button" throughout the application.

TaskDetails	right: star	unchecked: Mark as important, checked: Remove importance
TaskDetails	bottom right: trash-can	Delete task
Search	top left: left-arrow	Back
Settings	top left: x-close	Close
