unpaper produces empty output

Additional information

The problem initially occurred when using ocrmypdf. I did some testing trying to run unpaper with the settings in the error message directly from the commandline and it produced an empty file.

Running without any of the options (just infile and outfile) yields the same result.

The temporary files created by unpaper are empty as well.

There is no error message, but the outputfile is empty (filesize is 0 bytes).

Update

Updating to Manjaro 21.2.5 did not fix the bug.

Unpaper version still: 6.1-8

Can you please try with unpaper-7.0.0? (I just released it, so you may want to ask your distro maintainers to update.)
