Fuck with the fins till we get close to these goals for all three motors

Great findings from @King-Neptune. Below is the motor selection matrix

We decided to go with a M1290-P
The current simulation can be found here
The next steps are:

Optimize the fins for apogee Fins #5
Motor mount design Motor Mount #9
Determine the weather performance envelope (after fin design)
