While testing guardduty resources, AWS provider returns an error: You need a master account. So testing the guardduty resources we will need a master account. Muvaffak's comment about this Master account is the one that pays the bills rather than IAM users we all have. I think it’s fine to skip that group for now by opening a specific issue.
