testing shows that this is a compatibility issue with RandomConfigs

Yup, totally not on my end, the game will crash anyways with wastelands disabled, but will run fine with RandomConfigs disabled.
EDIT: posted an issue on their tracker: TheRandomLabs/RandomConfigs#3
