Третье - загрузил сборку с сайта ckeditor-а, где включил в нее плагин uploadcare. При подключении на сайте вижу ошибку, открываю ckeditor.js, а там такой кусок встречается:

.....CKEDITOR.plugins.add("uploadcare",{init:function(a){"undefined"===typeof UPLOADCARE_CROP.....

Не удалось выяснить, что тут неправильно.
