With github.com/uptrace/bun v1.1.14 and github.com/uptrace/bun/dialect/pgdialect v1.1.14
With bun:",nullzero,array", an insertion of nil makes bun to throw an error:

sql: Scan error on column index 2, name "my_array_column": bun: got , wanted []byte or string
