No rule to make target adms.c', needed by libadmsElement_la-adms.lo #1

Hi, I just tried to clone and build adms but it failed with make error

"make[2]: *** No rule to make target adms.c', needed bylibadmsElement_la-adms.lo'. Stop.",

see the output below. Any suggestions?

Incidentally if I try:

autoheader && aclocal && automake && autoconf && ./configure
Makefile.am: required file ./INSTALL' not found Makefile.am:automake --add-missing' can install `INSTALL'

Sorry, I forgot to change some of the documentation. adms.c is automatically generated if you give the --enable-maintainer-mode flag to ./configure. I got tired of it showing up as changed, so I removed it from the repo.

As for INSTALL, zsh kept recommending it as a correction in make install, and so I removed it too instead of taking the time to figure out how to fix zsh's completion. :) It's pretty ridiculous that automake requires user-readable instructions for running.
