  3. Cannot reprogram submarines to be hosted on ~lyd

I hacked ++ sein so that my submarine would route through ~lyd. The result:

Meanwhile ~lyd, with its network debug activated, shows nothing incoming.

FYI, I did check my firewall. I can run netcat over a UDP socket on port 42420, listening on the server (~lyd end) and connecting from my (NATed) laptop (submarine end). The problem doesn't seem to be any different when running everyone on the same machine, or when using vere -L.

I'm pretty sure this can be closed, because we've got ~net and ~del running in the current continuity, and ships can communicate across carriers.
