As a requester, in order to attach supporting documentation, I need the ability to upload files with an OpenDocument Text media word processing format files extension.

Open document format conatins different extensions, and we only want to allow Word Processing documents. We'll likely want to coordinate this with some sort of content freeze, as we are in the process of creating forms from the template, and those forms will need to be altered.

Acceptance criteria

  • It is possible to upload files with the .odt and .fodt exentions to new and existing forms

Actual Behavior

  • When attempting to upload a file with the .odt extension, it fails and the following error message is returned: The specified file test.odt could not be uploaded. Only files with the following extensions are allowed: gif jpg png txt pdf doc docx odf.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Go to /form/test-form
  2. Attempt to upload a file with the .odt .fodt extension
