Embedded page does not load av-merge for non-integrated sources #210

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I notice embedding links, such as in:

http://localhost:8080/https://www.youtube.com/embed/j2exng2k3z4

Doesn't seem to be working. You just get a empty screen.

New release temporarily fixes it, but leave the issue open since the root cause still needs to be addressed
