Forum auto save draft

Set the forum to automatically safe draft while user is creating a post. That way it will reduce the chance of data loss.

Need to add add an admin review page so that Admins can review and delete old posts that are not yet published if needed.

Setup to update the timestamp when a user finally post their saved forum post or forum post reply.
