Find location returns error #1014

Ushahidi version: 2.6.1

Steps to reproduce:

Go to submit a report
Add location details
Click on Find Location

The above procedure returns the following error, no matter how detailed is the address:

"Enter more details like city, town, country
or find a city or town close by and zoom in
to find your precise location"

cUrl is enabled and allow_url_fopen is ON.
