"Currently the report sources are 1 - WEB, 2 - SMS, 3 - EMAIL, 4 - TWITTER
And types of "services" are (i.e.SELECT * FROM service ) 1 SMS, 2 Email, 3 Twitter.
Using the API people can report using various so called services or apps - but they still get considered as "Web" reports.
If we allow addition of more "services" and assign them or link them with API key's, we can track the "Messages" coming in from various apps using API seperately and can also include that in the report as "via iOS App" or "via White Labelled iOS App with custom name" or "Java app" or "Blackberry app".
In the case of one of my deployment http://powercuts.in I have reports coming in from iOS Ushahidi, Android Ushahidi, Another Customer User Made Android APP which uses the API, J2ME app which works on Symbian/Blackberry.
I'd ideally want to keep a track of the messages and their "count" based on the "source" so that I can tell which type of app is being used more by the users." - Ajay
