Private posts: "Who can see this"

Previously we discussed having some kind of tooltip or notice showing who can see a post when it's set to private.

Just as a refresher, a private post not posted to any maps is only viewable by the post owner. A private post posted to a map is viewable by any owner and collaborators of that particular map.
