[Outreachy Task Submission] Notification on successful Import/upload of a survey from a CSV file not clear

Description:
I've noticed that the additional pop-up confirmation message displayed upon successfully importing/uploading of a survey from a CSV file might be unclear to users. The message currently reads "JOB SUCCESS SUCCESS", and it seems like it could be improved for better clarity. As a user, Users may find this message confusing, leading to uncertainty about whether the import/upload was successful.

Expected behavior:
providing a more descriptive and intuitive pop-up indication of the successful import/upload process. Or a complete removal of the pop-up as the main confirmation message is clear enough.
