Add Audio content type to Deployment

Could we find out if they have an embed mechanism so that we don't have to stream the files from our own server? That significantly makes it easier to include.

We may want to upload to soundcloud. They have a good embed.

Also, if you transcribe the audio into the report, it becomes searchable.

The potential partner uses Soundcloud too. We may need to edit the audio too before it goes into the platform.

1. Do we need the soundcloud plugin on Uchaguzi to have audio clips work?
2. Can the search by types of content (eg. News, pictures and video) include Audio.
