Ingress to AKS-hosted apps

Can you please also address how to implement ingress to the private AKS-hosted apps? For example, use an NGINX ingress controller that automatically deploys a loadbalancer service with an external_IP? Especially for apps that customers only want to expose on their corporate network (not Internet routable).
