Mod not working with LethalExpansion

When it is enabled with this mod,automatic deadline and deadline days amount doesn't work.
for example,I set StartingQuota as 0 , DeadlineDaysAmount as 1 and AutomaticDeadlineStage as 100.Without ExtarDays,deadlines become 2 correctly.
However with this mod,deadlines become 3.
No matter how I adjust the DeadlineDaysAmount,the next deadline will be 3.

@chixiguaya I think it might be an issue of LethalExpansion or even can be considered 'as design'. Anytime I tried to reproduce it, I would not able to, or only in rare scenarios that I can't say for sure if its a bug or happen due to the right configuration.

As even If I disabled my mod and/or disabled the area that effect DeadlineDaysAmount, it still got the same result. As if you set DeadlineDaysAmount to 1, it should display 1 and not 2.

Either way, I added some verification to make sure I'm not override Lethal Expansion configuration. I will be released in v2.1.4
