USTC docker 源下载 nacos/nacos-server:latest 返回的是旧镜像 #396

今晚把系统升级下，发现一直有奇怪的问题，排查发现 Nacos 镜像返回的版本其实是旧的 v2.0.3，应该返回新的 v2.1.0 才对

去掉 USTC 源，不配置任何源，返回正常新镜像
尝试阿里云的源，返回正常新镜像
尝试网易源，返回正常新镜像

➜  docker pull nacos/nacos-server            
Using default tag: latest
latest: Pulling from nacos/nacos-server
...
Digest: sha256:dcf04549c6d768b2b7a50989e1c74ba201d28653f05eff58063b03de61216fcd

用回 USTC 源，返回不正常旧镜像，百分百可以复现
换一台电脑用 USTC 源，返回不正常旧镜像

➜  docker pull nacos/nacos-server

...
Digest: sha256:87a3d8b78ec24c253a4db7c093097a7b256327eb5117cd9498e289b896918153
Status: Downloaded newer image for nacos/nacos-server:latest

可以看到这个 87a3d8b78ec2 其实是一年前的版本
