Update Who Is Using USWDS

The list of sites on https://components.designsystem.digital.gov/docs/who_is_using_uswds.html doesn't include the update list from in #3238.

I expected to see the same list that's on https://designsystem.digital.gov/getting-started/showcase/all/.

Either remove the https://components.designsystem.digital.gov/docs/who_is_using_uswds.html from the Components subdomain or keep the two pages in sync.

This is out of sync because https://components.designsystem.digital.gov/docs/who_is_using_uswds.html is tied to a specific release and only updates when there are official releases. (Technically, it builds from the master branch). It'll update when we release the next USWDS version.

Our website is connected to the develop branch and can update more frequently.

components.designsystem.digital.gov is primarily for internal use only — there's no need for this content on that side, so we could remove it.
