Typo in mkfs manpage shows wrong option #118

 fprintf(out, _(" -V, --verbose explain what is being done;\n"
         " specifying -V more than once will cause a dry-run\n"));

This needs to be -v. -V is already --version.

man mkfs:

   -V, --version
          Display version information and exit.  (Option -V will display version information only when it is the only parameter,  otherwise it will work as --verbose.)
