Now losetup reports if there is no /dev/loopN node (see a6ca045). We need the same for libmount (call loopcxt_is_lost(lc) and report it).
The proper solution will probably require generating the error message in hook_loopdev.c and saving it in the mount context (probably something like see #2314 ;-).
