It contains:

  • Preprocessing of data
  • Spike detection
  • Burst detection
  • Neuronal avalanches
  • Wavelet transformation and coherence
  • Integral Power
  • Phase-amplitude coupling

All analysis were performed using MATLAB 2020a. Example signal trace from a recording can be found and analyzed using the main script main.m to compute the parameters above.
