This removes the entry generator from this project and uses the extracted and modified version from https://github.com/utopia-rise/godot-kotlin-entry-generator which can also be used for https://github.com/utopia-rise/godot-jvm
Before this can be merged the build and release pipeline of https://github.com/utopia-rise/godot-kotlin-entry-generator needs fixing.
