Github has switched from master to main as the default branch name, and this has broken the whitelist feature. I was able to post from my localhost to my repository with the utterances.json file in place and couldn't figure out why until I started reading through the code. Renaming the branch to master solved the problem, but this should be documented and maybe the branch name can be made configurable.
