Adding option to link to Github Issues directly?

Something like open in Github Issues.

There seem to be a few ways to get into Github issues. You can click "1145 comments" at the top of the comment section. Then, on any individual comment, you can click the date in order to jump to that comment in github. Seems easy to get to github to me!
