dependabot stopped to open PRs

As I haven't seen any pull requests from dependabot for quite some time, I checked its log and it contains many errors, one for each outdated dependency. For example:

Could it have something to do with the workspace dependencies? I also remember that we wanted to move from dependenabot to something else at some point, renovate I think? We could check whether that works better.

Maybe it's dependabot/dependabot-core#5864? I'm not sure.

The timing is about right that it might be related to the workspace dependencies, they were added in early February with #4344.
