Add an option to not rename attachments

When an attachment is uploaded his name change with a random name.
Why this happening? Maybe for security because so the attachment cannot be easily identifiable by search engine or by a direct link?

This workflow can create issue in the case user is explain to check more than an attachment in the text by mention one by one attachment file name followed by a description to check. The operator will see random names as the customer so will be not able to understand what feet the user text description in the ticket.

Before implement "the no rename feature" be sure attachments in the ticket will be secure.
