In my experience I migrated from other help desk system to UVdesk because of security issues on Laravel.
This security issues was not resolved from other help desk system so.. when I discovered that UVdesk was not affected by this I was very happy.

I migrate from other help desk system to avoid this kind of vulnerabilities.

I hope UVdesk never support Laravel.
This is my personal opinion and my point of view, my experience.

If I'm not wrong UVdesk project has choosen Symfony,
I found interesting the following article: https://www.uvdesk.com/en/blog/is-the-php-right-choice-for-a-helpdesk-system/

So maybe I suppose is not possible made UVdesk that is using Symfony be also compatible with Laravel.
Let's see how this issue will be managed by the UVdesk team.

@PeopleInside @arsivpro

symfony and laravel both are php framework (you can choose any framework for building a project based on project type, features and ease of your command over).

UVdesk is built with symfony framework which is mainly used for security and some more other features.

So here as it is not made with laravel so no case of compatibility.
