Where I've saved a reddit post that links to eg imgur, is it possible to either:

  • download the media or
  • provide a url to the media in the csv/text/json output?

I've just had a read into this, and it seems like it's not something that's available in the Reddit API and to get the media url would require writing domain/service specific code for any/all websites that could have pages submitted to Reddit.

Happy for this to be closed, unless you want to add it as a feature request to cover eg the 5 most frequently-submitted services (imgur, etc)?
