Describe the feature

Please, add shortcut key in VSCode to run the Current file, not only the whole folder as now (Run current directory F10 F10).
Using of the clickable text before main() function is not convenient, when it it several pages from the current file position.

Use Case

I frequently make several experiments each in one-file-programs, all in one folder and want to have key shortcut to run only the current file, unfortunately, there is no "out of the box" V debugger in VSCode so the F5 not works.
