le mode cgi utilis pour Trac n'est pas trs performant.

Il serait mieux (si l'occasion se prsente) de passer fastcgi...

J'ai compil et install sur le serveur Apache le module fcgid (http://fastcgi.coremail.cn/).
Je l'ai activ pour le vhost de la mailing liste.
Pour l'activer pour un autre vhost, il faut utiliser la conf suivante :

<IfModule mod_fcgid.c>
     AddHandler fcgid-script .fcgi .cgi
     IPCCommTimeout 120
     MaxProcessCount 2
</IfModule>

Voir dans la doc de fcgid pour toute autre configuration.
