v2ray can not load or use my config.json

I have almalinux and download 4.28.2 v2ray.zip and extract it on Almalinux and and I have custom config json file.
when I run this command
./v2ray run -config /home/admin/v2ray/my.json

I see these

and v2ray can not load my.json and load default config.json
when I rename config.json and run v2ray command again
I see this

v2ray again can not load my.json file
