@imakhlin when working with multiple TSDB adapters (e.g. if i work w multiple tables) it can cause an error since there is a single instance config

when i call config.GetOrLoadFromStruct() for the 2nd table or just if i need to call it again the result would not be correct, i had to bypass it for now, but i'm not sure what is the value in forcing a single instance config ?
