[Announcement] We have permanently banned several individuals.

In July 2023 the vChewing Project decided to permanently ban certain individuals from participating into all repos under vChewing Project.

To clear: This is not a punishment to the blocked individuals, but a necessary decision to protect the future ongoing development works among our repos. That's all we need to say at this moment.

We have no further comments (incl. explanations) in order to prevent future unnecessary hassles, but only a suggestion that the blocked individuals may self-study Swift programming to finish what you want, or hire someone else to do what you want.
