Create a 'multi-bundle app' DX test scenario

As a developer I want to have a tutorial that guides me through the steps of creating a multi-bundle app where bundles contain their internal routes configuration with Vaadin.Router so that I can get going after reading one page (if it matches my use case).

As Vaadin Ltd I want to test the DX of using Vaadin.Router in the scenario above.

DoD:

• there is a Wiki page in the vaadin-router GitHub repo that describes the 'multi-bundle app' scenario in detail with code samples
• there is a DX test package to go through the steps of the 'multi-bundle app' scenario. The following features should be included:
  -- child routes (Vaadin.Router JS API (basic functionality) #13)
  -- parent layouts (Parent layouts #26)
  -- lazy loaded routes (Route lazy-loading #20)
  -- bundle-specific route config (Bundle-specific route tables #28)
  -- routing config JS API (Routing config JS API #27)
  -- navigation JS API (Navigation JS API #30)
  -- (debug) auto-generated routes table ((debug) auto-generated routes table #29)
