Visual indicator for resizable Dialog #232

Resizable Dialogs should have some kind visual indicator that they're resizable.

At the very least, we could consider using the following cursors for the edges and corners:

  • ew-resize
  • ns-resize
  • nesw-resize
  • nwse-resize

Of course, that only applies to desktop.

We do have styles with the corresponding cursor settings. What else should we add?
