Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to be able to update secrets without having to figure out the key in ssm and figuring out the AWS cli or console.

Describe the solution you'd like
new sls command to update a secret using the secret name as in the serverless config file.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Just add detailed instructions to the readme on how to update values.
