Ability to make roster items have the same size.

Some contacts have avatars, and some doesn't. The same applies to their
status messages.
Because of that, each line in the roster have different height, which I
(personally) think, isn't good.

It would be great to have an option to set a constant height for roster items.

It is not available because the hight of each roster contact can be individually
modified by plugins and may have too big size.

hmmm, maybe it is not so unsolving, maybe give option to have standard view 
with 
nick/jid and avatar and the rest of additional info from plugins place into 
baloon 
if user wants to have equal contact hight? hmm maybe re-think option to have 
flat 
roster (without group tree) and same hight of contacts, it would have great 
look i 
think.
