Q: six most important problems users MIGHT face while using a toothbrush

remember the steps for PI

categories of the problem:
- material
- form
- use
list two problems in each category:
- material
  1. the brush gets slippery when it is wet
  2. hard bristles can hurt gums
- form
  1. with a rigid straight form is difficult to brush the molars
  2. the entire brush needs to be disposed of when the bristle wears out
- use
  1. bacterial growth can happen causing health issues
  2. cross-usage of brushes when the washroom is shared by two or more people
