Title case for sections and chapters in other languages

First of all, thank you so much for the plugin, it works great.

I have a request. Would it be possible to make the list of words that need not be uppercase in sections and chapters (like "on", "in", "the") editable? Because when I write in my native language, the plugin marks all my titles as "wrong" because of that.
If it's easier, I could provide such a list for my own language (Portuguese), so you could include it in the plugin code.

It's very nice to hear that you find this useful. Currently, the list of ignored words isn't that smart. It just doesn't consider words that are 3 or fewer than 3 letters as needing to be converted to title case. If you give me a list of words I could try to fix this in some way.
Come to think of it, I should make this a configurable set of words. Shall try to change this some time soon when I get time.

configurable would be ideal, that way it can be used for any language.
