This Pull Request adds Quarto
.qmdpartial support, requested by @jamesm131 in PR #170.Pandoc's extensions are not added to the Markdown parser. I wonder whether Quarto's functionality requiring those extensions are really used in practice and whether writing specific rules for
.qmdis necessary.For this reason, I prefer to classify this PR as a Draft since support is partial.
