Feature Request: Add ability to disable drag, and leave click or touch to select.

Hi. I have a situation when i need to be able to select with dragging on a desktop version of my app, and with tap on mobile/tablet, because otherwise i would lose ability to scroll.
I was unable to achieve this with current features, and it looks like a common case for all touch devices, and it would be generally useful to have ability to temporarily disable drag selection, when working with tables, list, etc.
